Introduction

What is a "professional:?

- A professional is a people who excel in a field of his/her course of education. Usually a professional is a graduate in a 4/5 years course in college level of education.

When can you say whether the person is an IT Professional or not?

- You can say that the person is an IT professional because you can determines on how he/she interact with the computer in a professional level, knows lot about when dealing both hardware and software errors and have a wide variety of knowledge when it comes in program-making, decision making and design lay-out.

Can you consider a graduate of a 3-month Computer Technician Course a professional?

-  I can't consider a graduate of a 3-month Computer Technician Course to be called a professional, because it is not proven yet the he/she has a high-knowledge when it comes of Com-Tech course. But, I do greatly consider if the "technician" passed the NC-II examination or higher because it's already tested that he/she has a "skill" when it comes in dealing with PC hardware components that can be boast to apply a job.
